Can I travel with family members?

Yes! Your loved ones are welcome to join you. Please let us know in advance so we can plan for everyone’s comfort. (They are responsible for their own expenses and accommodation).

Do you provide mobility assistance?

Absolutely. Our nurses and caregivers are available to provide gentle, professional support whenever needed.

Can I request a nurse, caregiver, or companion?

Of course! Based on your needs, we can arrange the right support so you always feel safe and cared for.

What is your refund policy?

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. Your personalized estimate will clearly explain all details.

Will I be charged an administrative fee for membership?

No. There are no administrative fees for becoming a Bucketlister. (Fees only apply if you are not a member.)

What happens in case of a medical emergency?

Your safety comes first.  Our staff is  Certified in CPR  and emergency response?
